RECRUITING COMPENSATION PLAN
Both compensation plans in our system are based on individual and team
efforts. Our agent recruiting system is based on a two leg system, one left
leg and one right leg with unlimited deep recruiting potential for each leg. You will be making money in 4 ways in your recruiting efforts as follow:
1.FAST START BONUS:
You will earn $50.00 for each direct (recruit personally by you) recruit into
your team. There is no limit for the number of your direct recruits and it
will be paid to you only ONCE for each direct recruit and it will be paid on
a WEEKLY basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You must demonstrate to be a business builder to receive fast start
bonus, and maintain your monthly hosting and maintenance fee of $20.00 a
month.
2.RECRUITING BONUS:
For each cycle of 6 direct and indirect recruits into your team, you will
receive $100.00 (paid WEEKLY) up to a potential maximum of $20,000.00 per
week. You will be paid for this bonus only ONCE and recruits can be placed
into your team either directly by you (direct recruits) or by any of your
team members, including those above you (indirect recruits).

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.You need to personally recruit at least 2 agents (direct recruits), one to
be placed in your left leg and one on the right leg.
2.The balance between left leg and right leg should be the following
combinations:
in order for you to qualify to receive the recruiting bonus.
3.All direct and indirect recruits in your cycle of 6,must maintain their
monthly hosting and maintenance fee of $20.00 per month.
NOTE:
Try to place at least 1(one) direct recruit in your team per month. Once you
have placed 12 or more direct recruits in your team, you have satisfied the
minimum direct recruiting requirement and are eligible to receive your
recruiting and team residual bonus as long as you maintain it.
3.TEAM RESIDUAL BONUS:
This bonus is extremely important simply because it creates monthly residual
income for you for the years to come. For each cycle of 6 direct and
indirect recruits into your team, you will receive $20.00 PER MONTH (paid
MONTHLY) up to a potential maximum of $20,000.00 per month.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.you need to have at least 2 direct recruits and have met your 1(one)
recruit per month qualification (monthly qualification).
2.The balance between left leg and right leg should be the following
combinations:
in order for you to qualify to receive the team residual bonus.
3.All direct and indirect recruits in your cycle of 6,must maintain their
monthly hosting and maintenance fee of $20.00 per month.
4.CAR BONUS:
If qualify, you will receive $100.00 PER WEEK for car bonus to use it for
purchase of a car or business expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.You need to have earned 30 RECRUITING BONUSES.
2.Have a minimum of 300 ACTIVE MEMBERS in your team.
3.Have at least 12 DIRECT ACTIVE RECRUITS in your team.
4.All direct and indirect members of your team must continuously be
qualified members within your
2:4, 3:3, and 4:2 ratio of LEFT and RIGHT leg.
An additional $100.00 will be awarded to those business builders reaching 60
RECRUITING BONUSES, have 600 ACTIVE MEMBERS in their team with 20 PERSONALLY
recruited and qualified members which increase their car bonus to $200.00
PER WEEK.
